My dear, I though Power Rangers are popular in your country or such?! I mean, they're filmed in New Zealand and all but that's like, a common thing for Westerns?

But in case you really have no idea what that is. Power Ranger (goes by PR from this point) is the adaption of Super Sentai, its first season being Mighty Morphin Power Ranger I (MMPR I) which used the footage of Zyuranger--if I remember right. Anyway this series was first ran by Saban, a wonderful company that had made Power Ranger such an interesting stuff to catch on every year after every Sentai was over. They likely one year slower than the Sentai series since they only broastcast once the current Sentai's last episode is aired. Then, around 2000s or such? Disney took over. And everything started to go down the hill since.

PR and Sentai are pretty different in some ways, as in the glimpses of violences and/or characters traits, because Western's rating system is different from Japanese's. Basically it's more shallow, more kiddie-like, more inside/lame jokes which always get on my nerves, and prettier fighting effects. The plot are all different from the original show whatsoever, but are also plainer. I think. And it would change the characters that we love so much from the original show into some kinds of--opposite references.

And those from above are all from the Disney's series. I have no offends of the Saban ones from previous. They did a nice job of Jordan--that guy with big head always in a glass pile or something, and his ultimate nemesis, the old princess what's-her-face.

Wait. But I though you know about RPM?!!!! IT'S PR!!! (Then again why was I babbling about my grudges toward that series in here anyway?)

And yes. That little guy peeking from a corner of the picture is Sharivan. Space Sheriff Sharivan and such. I hope I'm right. There's this season which starred DenjiBlue a.k.a Battle France a.k.a A-Disguise-Of-Shurikenger a.k.a GekiRed's late father.

I'm gonna put that series up on site soon. IDK.

So, I'm too lazy to put these babbly things about PR down anyway, so live with it will ya? =) BTW, was there Tomica Rescue Force in that hall you came in? I heard it's a really cool series over there.

Yea, he Sharivan look very similar to Alpha 5 ^^!
And as i remember, Sharivan's from a series of Metal Hero right?

Shariva is came form "Uchu keiji" (Space sheriff) serie, like Gaban and Seider (these 3 series are in fanc a trilogy)

They are united on the special episode " 3 Space sheriff special"


The characters of Metal Heros series have more heavy armors than Space sheriffs.

For exemple Jamperson, Bee fighter, Exeedraft...

Many the armors looks fakes on close up...

Some parts looks often realistic (torso and helmet generally), after, the other parts looks great on screen but in reality it's like a cosplay ^^

But a good cosplay of course !

The handmaking work is impressive for all the armors and suits, i'm affraid to imagine all the hours needed to build a rider costume...

Of course in close up, it's easy to see all the defaults and how the parts are made, but few meters away, the illusion is perfect !

For Dekaranger, only 2 Dekared costumes are displayed (pics coming soon), but i have seen photos of 2004 exhibition, and all the Dekaroom was showed with the 6 heros and Dekamaster.
